Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items dispatched by us.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product or wrong size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of packaging

Your order number
If approved, we will offer either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund
We will cover return shipping costs only in cases where the error is from our side.
Return Shipping Responsibility

If the product is damaged or incorrect → We cover the cost.

Returns for personal preference or incorrect size selected by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may request a replacement. Otherwise, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

International Orders
Currently, we ship only within India. International return policies may differ when international shipping becomes available.
